In reply to lex.

Yo’ chill, the eggs make it fluffier, and the pasta absorb a lot of boiling water. So the noodles grow in size and you double the dough. I use the same recipe, but just 1 cup of semolina and 2 eggs in an electric pasta maker, and after the boiling water it yields enough for 3 adults. But for handmade pasta, this recipe is amazing! Thank you!

I imagine it will give the sweetness of the papaya, and the firmness should not matter after an hour of boiling. I have cooked pork trotter soup with just raw peanuts and napa cabbage and it tasted very nice. Instead of salt, I would put in a chicken bouillon.

I have made Pho in the past but not in an Instant Pot. This was so good! From now on this will be my go to recipe for Pho. Thank you for such a great recipe! I have made several dishes from your website and all have been very good! There are even some dishes on here that my Mom used to make our family, some of the best memories of my childhood.

I am so sad, I want to cry. I don’t think I can make this at home, and after my first wonderful taste of Pad Thai, I have never found anything as good. Tonite I ordered Pat Thai take out. It has the right noodles, some chicken, but it is very dry, bright orange, and unlike my original best taste.

I don’t know where to find things like dried shrimp or salted radish. or the two types of Thai soy sauce (dark and sweet).

I feel blessed to have experienced authentic Pad Thai, but am unapply that I cannot find a way to eat it again, or share with others.

She used Chinese Black vinegar, added some brown sugar and daikon instead of the papaya.

I’ve tried several recipes and this is the best one. I made it for my on laws and my mother in law said “this is the best egg drop soup I’ve ever had” paired with some shrimp fried rice this is a great meal. As I’m writing they are on the way to my house after a 13 hour trip. Her one request was fried rice and egg drop soup.

I’m very much attracted by the combination of trotters and papaya. I hope, though that breastfeeding is not a prerequisite to consumption as I’m way beyond that age .😁
