We’ve been enjoying all your recipes. They are really authentic and so incredibly tasty! Most authentic Chinese Restaurants in Holland have been closed already. Bill, years ago I used to visit a restaurant called Great Wall (common name in the US), served a disk called Willow Beef. Thin strips of beef, long sections of green onion, small dark red chilies (VERY hot), in a brown sauce. Don’t remember all of the ingredients. Have you heard of a similar recipe? Can you provide it?
